Welcome to ISIDORE, a place conceived as a sincere family tribute, deeply rooted in the soul of Aigues-Mortes.

This project was born from the memory of our grandfather Isidore, the village's iconic baker, renowned for his famous fougasse of Aigues-Mortes, delicately flavored with orange blossom. Through these suites, we wanted to perpetuate his spirit: that of sharing, generosity, and genuine hospitality.

Coming from a family deeply attached to local life, we, Stéphanie and Ludovic, live and work in Aigues-Mortes. Every stone, every alleyway, and every ray of light in the Camargue is part of our history. It is this identity that we wished to convey through ISIDORE.

Our four upscale suites are located in a traditional house within the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes. Each room was conceived as an invitation to travel, inspired by our discoveries around the world, while remaining deeply rooted in the Camargue atmosphere: natural materials, soft light, Mediterranean touches, and understated elegance. ISIDORE is more than just a place to stay: it's a family home open to travelers seeking authenticity, refinement, and simple pleasures.
